2. Event Attendance
Attendance at the Twin Cities Music & Movement Festival and any events organized by the Twin Cities Steppers Association (TCSA) is subject to availability and any applicable ticket requirements. TCSA reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who violates event policies, engages in disruptive behavior, or poses a safety risk to others.
3. Tickets & Purchases
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. TCSA reserves the right to change event dates, times, locations, performers, and programming without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and refund or credit options will be provided at TCSA’s discretion.
4. Vendor & Sponsor Agreements
Vendors and sponsors participating in festival events are subject to separate agreements and guidelines provided during the application process. TCSA reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor or sponsor application at its sole discretion. All vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by TCSA.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of the Twin Cities Steppers Association and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from TCSA.
6. Photography & Media
By attending any TCSA event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These images and recordings may be used by TCSA for promotional, marketing, educational, and archival purposes across all media platforms including the website, social media, and printed materials without compensation or further notice.
7. Assumption of Risk
Attendance at TCSA events is at your own risk. TCSA, its officers, directors, volunteers, and partners are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or theft that may occur during any event. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any minors in their care.
8. Website Use
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other party’s use. Unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected systems is strictly prohibited.
