Building & Unifying Communities Through Dance and Art
The Twin Cities Music & Movement Festival is an annual free community celebration held at the Western Sculpture Garden Park in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Founded by Kevin Johnson and produced by the Twin Cities Steppers Association, the festival brings together live music, professional dance performances, local art, food vendors, and family-friendly activities.
Our mission is rooted in unity — connecting diverse communities through the universal language of rhythm, movement, and creative expression. Supported by the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council and the Minnesota State Arts Board, we are committed to making arts and culture accessible to everyone.
