Meet Our Board
The passionate leaders behind the Twin Cities Music & Movement Festival.

Kevin Johnson
Twin Cities Steppers Association
Kevin Johnson is the visionary behind the Twin Cities Steppers Association and the Music & Movement Festival. Since 2004, Kevin has been on a mission to introduce and preserve Chicago-style eight-count stepping in Minnesota, building a vibrant dance community from the ground up.
Nationally recognized by Inside Steppin’ Magazine and the National Promoters Gala, Kevin has judged competitions across the Midwest, appeared on the Michael Baisden Show, and trained hundreds of dancers in the art of stepping. His leadership has earned TCSA the 2008 Promoter of the Year award.
Under Kevin’s guidance, TCSA has grown from dance workshops to a full nonprofit producing free community festivals, arts programming, and cultural events that unite diverse neighborhoods across the metro area.
